One Response to “Get at Me”

  1. I am so very impressed, and not at all surprised.
The work is technically challenging. I can especially understand your interest in the luminous clay in Hungery.
The subject is very personal. I could see family similar looks.
    And the images are universal.
Were the images which were hanging by clothespins also on clay? How do you manage work which must be so very fragile. What about applying slip to embossed paper?
Universities such as KCAI lean toward sculptural work. I certainly can see you haveing the sensitive nature to continue with this line. Is that what you would do? Or a combination of functional and sculptural till you see what shakes out?
I was so glad to see you Mon. though not prepared for company. I hope you continue to let me know what you are up to. I have no doubt you will continue to live an interesting life.
    Take care!
